Refund & Returns Policy

• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.

• If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding delivery costs). Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

• £5 from every sale is donated to our chosen charities. This donation is non-refundable once processed.

Our merchandise is made to order in batches, which helps us keep costs low and maximise fundraising for our charities. This means your order may take up to 4 weeks for delivery. If you’ve been waiting longer than this, please get in touch and we’ll chase it up right away.
