Refund & Returns Policy

• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement.

• If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding delivery costs). Items must be unworn and in original packaging. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

• £5 from every sale is donated to our chosen charities. This donation is non-refundable once processed.
